Challenge
Restaurants still run deliveries over phone calls and WhatsApp: order details are copied by hand, managers can't see where couriers are, and customers keep calling to ask.
We needed one app that works for both sides of the delivery: fast enough for a manager during the dinner rush, and simple enough for a courier on the road. It had to turn a paper receipt into an order in seconds, keep the whole team in sync, and let the customer follow their order without installing anything.
Solution
Managers scan a receipt and AI fills in the customer's name, phone, address and amount in about two seconds, and they check it before saving. Orders are assigned to couriers from a shared team created with invite codes, with in-team messaging and a live map of every active delivery.
Couriers tap "On my way" to start sharing GPS with their manager and send the customer a tracking link by SMS, with no app required. They can call, message or navigate to the customer in one tap, build a profile from their delivery record and find new work in the job marketplace. Delivery statistics and PDF reports keep the business side clear. The app is built with React Native (Expo) and Firebase.
